Francesco Montano, the Italian cuisine Chef offers a White Truffle Tasting Menu at Bleu d’Orange restaurant this Saturday 7 December.

Chef Montano has been to Tuscany to look for the White Truffle in Italy, at his fellow Cristiano Savini de la Savini Tartufi, owner of a farm in Pisa, known worldwide for his White Truffle Harvest of 1.5 kg /3.4 Pounds.

 

Every evening an additional white truffle menu is offered at Bleu d’Orange restaurant.
