Now every Mondays from March 3rd, the pop up restaurant “Bombay Cut” of Four Seasons Resort Marrakech offers fine Indian cuisine, rich in flavors, with subtle spice blends, concocted by the Indian chef Kumar. Sylvain Nicolas, pastry chef of the resort also adds his gourmet touch with a milk ice cream and pearls from Japan, a typical Indian dessert with yogurt, mango and saffron. The Inara patio, where is housed the pop up restaurant, is transformed with draped fabrics in shimmering colors. We could almost feel in a true palace of the Maharajas.
